Their Wellness Plan sample policy states Holistic Care (like chiropractic and acupuncture) are covered under the Wellness Plan which is an add-on and has a limit of $150.

Bilateral Conditions Policy In their FAQ they state, "Concerning pre-existing conditions, we would not exclude a pre-existing bilateral condition – unless it's a cruciate ligament (CL, CCL, ACL) injury or hip dysplasia. In that case, we will not be able to cover any future claims."
