Dental illnesses are not covered "if Your Pet
has any signs or evidence of periodontal disease, periodontitis, gingivitis, tartar, stomatitis, or resorptive lesions" that occurred prior to the enrollment date or during the waiting period.
They cover caps, crowns and endodontics, however,
coverage for teeth other than the canine and carnassial teeth are limited to the cost of an extraction.
They will not cover the cost of retained baby teeth if your pet was enrolled at or after 6 months of age.
It is not clear if other treatment options are available for dental injury other than extraction.

Bilateral Conditions Policy |
If signs or evidence of luxating patella, glaucoma, entropion, ectropion, elbow dysplasia, cataracts, cherry eye; and disease, weakness, instability, tear, partial tear, or rupture of the cranial cruciate ligament happen on one side of the body before they policy starts or during the waiting period, that condition will not be covered if it happens on the other side. Even if it happens after the waiting period.
How the policy is worded it is not clear if Hip dysplasia is treated the same way. Their description of Hip Dysplasia when it comes to pre-existing conditions is vague in this area.
In some states, the period prior to the start of the policy is limited to only 18 months.
